Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Reelies Platform Private Limited, operating the website, application, and related services available at cooltv.in under the brand "CoolTV" ("CoolTV", "Company", "we", "us", "our") (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
I. Registration and Account Creation
You must register for an account to access certain features of the Service and must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. The Service may use one-time password (OTP)-based verification. You must notify us immediately at support@cooltv.in of any unauthorised use of your account.
II. Eligibility and Service Access
The Service is available to users who are 18 years of age or older, or between 13–17 years of age with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Content availability may vary based on your geographic location, device compatibility, and subscription tier.
You shall not access or use the Service, or attempt to circumvent regional content restrictions, by any means — including VPNs, proxies, or similar technology — which masks, disguises, or conceals your actual geo-location.
III. Subscription Services
Certain content and features are available only through paid subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, and availability are as displayed on the Service at the time of purchase and are subject to change. CoolTV reserves the discretion to modify, add, withdraw, or discontinue any content, feature, or pricing structure at any time.
IV. Billing and Cancellation
Subscription fees will be billed automatically on a recurring basis in accordance with the plan you select, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Except as required by applicable law, no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused content.
CoolTV may, from time to time, offer promotional or trial pricing for new subscribers, on terms and pricing as displayed on the Service at the time of the offer. Any such trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable regular price upon expiry, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trial offers are limited to one per user/household, are non-transferable, and CoolTV reserves the right to deny or withdraw eligibility where fraud or abuse is suspected.
V. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through the Service — including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of CoolTV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Public exhibition, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
VI. User-Generated Content
If the Service permits you to submit, post, or upload content (e.g., comments, reviews, or other materials), you grant CoolTV a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service, for as long as legally permissible and to the extent necessary for these purposes. CoolTV may, at its discretion, moderate, remove, or refuse to publish any user-generated content, without obligation to provide notice or compensation.
VII. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: post or transmit obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content; harass, threaten, or abuse any person; infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights; distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; or engage in any activity that violates applicable law or is prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity, or security of India.
VIII. Contests and Promotions
CoolTV may, from time to time, run contests, sweepstakes, or promotional campaigns on the Service. Such activities may be subject to additional specific terms, which will be made available at the time of the relevant promotion and will apply in addition to these Terms.
IX. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. CoolTV does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoolTV's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to CoolTV in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
X. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoolTV, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your infringement of any third-party right; or (c) any unauthorised use of your account.
XI. Third-Party Websites and Advertising
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or advertisements. CoolTV is not responsible for, and does not endorse, the content, products, or services offered by such third parties.
XII. Complaints Regarding Content
If you have a complaint regarding content available on the Service, please write to us at grievanceofficer@cooltv.in.

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days of receipt. The Company is a member of the Digital Publisher Content Grievances Council (DPCGC), to which unresolved appeals relating to content may be escalated.

XV. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for reasons including non-payment, violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our discretion for any other reason. No refunds will be provided upon suspension or termination arising from your breach of these Terms.
XVI. Modifications to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the Service or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
XVII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
