This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by Reelies Platform Private Limited, operating the website and application available at cooltv.in and related mobile applications under the brand "CoolTV" (collectively, the "Service"), and forms part of the User Agreement / Terms and Conditions governing use of the Service. Reelies Platform Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of users ("you", "your") who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

3. Sensitive Information — Important Notice
CoolTV will never ask you, through email, phone call, or any unsolicited communication, for sensitive information such as your account password, full payment card details, health records, biometric data, or government identity numbers (such as Aadhaar or PAN in full). If you receive any such request purportedly from CoolTV, please do not respond and report it to us immediately at support@cooltv.in.
Identity theft and "phishing" attempts are a serious concern, and you disclose any such sensitive information to third parties entirely at your own risk.
All payment transactions on the Service are processed exclusively through third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. CoolTV does not store your full card or bank account details on its own servers, and is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of these third-party payment processors. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies independently.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Personal Information
Information that identifies you personally, including but not limited to: name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, city/location, IP address, device identifiers, and device/browser information.
4.2 Non-Personal Information

4.3 How We Collect Information

While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you accept the inherent risks of transmitting information online. CoolTV shall not be liable for any breach of security unless such breach arises from our gross and wilful negligence.
Your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside your home country, including by third-party service providers, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards. CoolTV shall not be liable for any loss arising from Force Majeure events, including computer hacking or unauthorised third-party access to data, that is beyond our reasonable control.
8. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required to comply with applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Once such purposes are fulfilled, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise your information. Aggregated and anonymised data, which can no longer identify you, may be retained and used for analytical purposes without restriction.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or applications. Such third-party sites are governed by their own privacy policies, over which CoolTV has no control. Please note that deleting certain information may affect your ability to access or use the Service. We may be unable to fulfil a deletion request where the information is subject to a legal hold, ongoing dispute, or regulatory retention requirement.

You may opt out of promotional emails, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp messages through your account/device settings or the unsubscribe mechanism provided in such communications. Please note that transactional or service-related communications (e.g., OTPs, billing notices) cannot be opted out of, as they are necessary for the Service.

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days. The Company is a member of the Digital Publisher Content Grievances Council (DPCGC), to which unresolved grievances relating to content may be escalated on appeal.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
